How does FitTracker work?

Follow these simple steps to start tracking your workouts effectively:

1. Start your workout

In the main menu press Start workout, choose an exercise and start logging each set of your training.

Step 2
2. Log your sets

Log reps, weight and time per set. Everything is saved automatically.

Step 3
3. View your progress

View your last workout and charts with your progress per exercise.
